Full Moon in Capricorn - Redefining Capricorn & Breaking the Bonds.

Through a deep, somatic experience, we can experience, perhaps for the first time ever, the full acceptance of the expression of our being.

Take a big deep breath with Uranus and Saturn. Uranus and Saturn have been squaring off all year and will continue to do so.

At this Capricorn Full Moon, Saturn as its ruler, will crack out of and emerge in the place of the old rule and structure, with the assist from Uranus with the power of Taurus & Aquarius, and Mars, with the power of Leo. This is a birth this summer following last years Libra New Moon. This can be seen as a major birthing now in the womb of Cancer season. This nine month gestation period, connects the two signs that we associate most with the Goddess energy, bringing in a need for Capricorn to restructure systems towards ones of care.

We can choose to see squares as tension or a conflict that is immovable, or we can see this as a place of pivot and re-organization in our gardens. We cannot ignore invasions or decay, we must acknowledge and listen to the Goddess energy of our planet and Spirit. Something needs to be switched up and danced with, in order for all our harvest to synthesize. Squares in aspect as 90 degree angles when used carefully, can shift into informed and present decisions and solutions that result in stronger foundations that support abundance and its sustainability.

In Capricorn, we can learn to embody and allow the spirit of our ancestors to be channeled and formed into clarity in our destinations with a sense of purpose. Capricorn has deep ties to the family lineage and the actualizing of divine potential in order to leave a legacy and contribute to humanity in a meaningful way. Legacy grants us connection to the belief that we are a part of something so much bigger than ourselves and that the narrative we choose alongside the whispers of the birds and the wind, is where magic is transmuted.

White supremacy and its system is rotten to the core through the collective DNA. Through our current realities to those of our chosen families, our communities and our ancestry. The harm is immense and in a state of emergency. The invasive species that white supremacy is, is always working over-time. Capricorn asks us to honor the lineage of humanity, remembering that we are descendent from the regeneration of worm and their medicine of shapeshifting forms and serving a remarkable purpose for the whole. Capricorn teaches us a lot about the concept of time, there is a remembering in this moon that we all are much more than the rotten system we have inherited. And that it is all of our responsibility in this life time, to stand up to the call. While Capricorn has been utilized by colonialism to execute its agenda and design, Capricorn at its core can never be branded, sold, bought or owned.

When Mars begins to heal in Leo with the help from Chiron in Aries, and embody its expression with less and less resistance from the old, we move into a space of inspired creativity. Saturn gives each of us a role, and each of us responsibility in the sea of Aquarian healing that we bear amongst the collective. Leo give’s us all our own unique garden to grow to support us in accessing our Solar Power. We are taught to fear squares as “negative” aspects, but their formative geometry is needed in process of transforming vibration and light into form. If we are aiming to actualize new lives and evolve, we would be wise to embrace with the wisdom of the square!

As we lead up to the 245th Solar Return of the Unites States, we will be ignited to integrate these solar powers in the ways that feel right for each of you. Everyones experience and access to Solar power is different, but Leo has a lot to tell each of us on what we are here to create. This is energy that could easily get us burned if we are not careful. Make space to really honor any wounds or healing that is needed with Chiron. Starting this with the self is the only way to transmute true healing as offering to another. We all have immense capacity to do so outside of the systems that have led us to believe otherwise. When the system wont free us from its lineage of white supremacy and colonialism, we must open to our own lineages of resistance. We have an entire library of life-lines to support us along the way.

This Capricorn Full Moon wants us to break from the bonds of the old system. Where can you in your life take the plunge to break away from harmful, outdated or, oppressive structures, and join in the struggle to build anew?
