BREAKTHROUGH - Uranus in Taurus 2020

We are always brought back to the seeds, as it is where this all begins.

It is the seeds that we are being called to evaluate. The seeds are where intention is planted and a pattern is rooted. Naturally, when something such as our environments impacts us, the more it adds to and alters the roots in our garden. Roots give us security wherever they are planted and stable.

We tend to plant our seeds in places in which we see value where the resources that are available to us will be best invested, returned and increased. 

In the system of Astrology, the earth, roots, security, and value are ruled by the sign of Taurus. Taurus is ruled by the planet Venus, which also symbolizes these facets in tandem to abundance and design. The big shift that is currently happening is the planet Uranus moving into the sign of Taurus on May 15th, 2018 after spending seven years in the sign of Aries. Whenever an outer planet makes a shift to a new sign, it is felt on a monumental level due to the length of it's transit being much slower. 

Uranus is the planet that is future focused and brings electricity, breakthrough and revolution. It rules disruption, change and entropy. Essentially, Uranus is the ruler of chaos theory. It is non-linear, random and unpredictable phenomena. This energy can be felt in a myriad of ways depending on where it is being channeled. Emotionally, you may be experiencing somewhat of a self-undoing. Drastic change on our personal fronts are approaching on the horizon and nothing about these energies feel stable or certain. Mentally, it can be incredibly insightful and inspiring; like electricity, you may be receiving revelations and clarity in places that once felt stagnant. This awareness of the seeds and roots in your life can make it apparent what changes in your garden that need to take place. Some changes might require a rebalance of where you are getting your resources. Who and what is feeding you? Is it enough, or too much? Does there need to be a recalibration of where investments are dispersed? Do you know your spirit and does environment reflect its truth? It is not far off to expect some flashes of insights that bring emotional epiphanies about drastic change and liberation that is needed at this time. 

We are all at different stages of our individual flowering. There is no measurement of what stage is "better" or "worse" because in the cycle of life, there are many transformations in evolving. We are continually experiencing death of old selves, the birth of the new and all of the layers in between. Our roots and lives are effected in many ways and ask us to evaluate what we are giving value to, because what we value is where we decide to plant and where we decide to nurture. - Our power here, lies in choice. With a planet like Uranus coming into the sign of Taurus, this process and its clarity is revolutionized. The things we give value to, shift, and while we shift in energy, the things we once found security in are uprooted. This can bring up obstacles of anxiety, fear and the revealing of shadow self. As humans we tend to attach to emotions, ideas and material things to bring about security and order in our lives. At this time, many of those structures are beginning to fall. We are being called to reflect on our gardens and work with the Uranian energy and approach to change. If we resist the changes that Uranus brings, we will find our garden withering. If we can lean into the discomfort of the instability, we can surprise ourselves and meet new faces of our spirit that we've never encountered before. 

Ancient and indigenous wisdom teaches us that if we sync up with the cycles of the moon, we are integrating with nature and the most potent times to plant and sow.
